Youth at Eureka First Baptist Church enjoy participation in weekly classes of their peers taught by qualified Christian teachers who offer contemporary curriculum and age-appropriate activities that emphasize and apply Biblical principles to their daily lives at home and school.
Prayer Ministry is the lifeblood of EFBC. Prayer Requests are considered confidential and are distributed to the Prayer Teams who pray by phone, by text or in groups that meet weekly. God hears and answers prayer. If you need us to pray for you, phone the church office or send us a private text message, and our Prayer Teams will pray for your request.
(New season pending)
Join us for prayer, Bible study, book clubs, and other educational, inspirational and/or theological classes depending on the current schedule.
Men of Faith in Action
EFBC’s Men’s Ministry – Men of Faith in Action – is intentional in meeting needs as they become apparent. With the goal of becoming more Christlike – “not just ‘good men,’ but activated Christian men” - they participate in a Men’s Bible Study Class on Sunday mornings. In this class, they can be open and accountable as they learn to apply Biblical principles to their everyday lives. They also meet to pray for our church family, the community, and beyond. They invite men from other churches to their monthly fellowship breakfasts. They organize and host a yearly Valentine’s dinner/dance as a community outreach, and they annually prepare Christmas gift packages for Redwood Adult & Teen Challenge Men.
Baptist Babes
EFBC’s Women’s Ministry – Baptist Babes – lovingly encourages women of all ages in their walk of faith. Monthly meetings and a yearly retreat Biblically address women’s issues and offer wonderful fellowship as women of the church develop meaningful relationships with each other and with God. We offer Sunday School classes each Sunday morning at 9:30 A.M. and Ladies' Crafting Classes the first Saturday of each month.
Open Sunday Mornings 10:00-10:25 A.M.
The Goal of EFBC’s Worship Bistro is to support global missions. Donations or monies given to the "Worship Bistro" for coffee drinks are considered contributions and are paid forward as God leads for God’s glory. Current projects include:
• Ministry and outreach projects in Bolivia
• The sponsorship of Pedro and Ruth—two children through Compassion International • Samaritan’s Purse/Operation Christmas Child
• Camperships for Youth
• And more!
If you need prayer or have any questions, we would love to hear from you!
